Helpful girls on the phone squeezed in my emergency call even though they were booked out and told me my door was dangerous as one of the wires had snapped. The technician fixed my door and put me in the system for yearly reminders to get my door checked and stop this happening again. Local people who understand service

The open and shut guys came quickly to my house to fix the broken cables. The office girl on the phone was great warning me it was very dangerous and the door is now working better than it ever has. Thanks for your excellent service in replacing my mother's roller door in Coogee. We love the dark blue Deep Ocean Colorbond and the door fits very well. It's so much easier to open now with a remote and motor that work smoothly.
