The open and shut guys came quickly to my house to fix the broken cables. The office girl on the phone was great warning me it was very dangerous and the door is now working better than it ever has. They also told me they will send yearly service reminder cards to do regular maintenance before things fall apart. – melody brown

Helpful girls on the phone squeezed in my emergency call even though they were booked out and told me my door was dangerous as one of the wires had snapped.
The technician fixed my door and put me in the system for yearly reminders to get my door checked and stop this happening again.

Hi Enrico,
The ‘Open and Shut’ repair man has just left, having provided a most efficient and timely service.
He has adjusted the door and left me some silicon spray to assist with any further problems.
